In the heart of the Kostanai region, a nine-story brick building, known as Allur Campus, is under construction. This residential complex, a brainchild of Kazakh automotive company Allur, is set to revolutionise the local landscape, offering a host of amenities and accommodations for 300 people.

The investment for Allur Campus has exceeded 2.1 billion tenge, fully funded by Allur. The complex, covering an area of over 13,500 sq.m., will house a medical center, library, computer class, gym, laundry room, and various sports facilities such as football and basketball fields, running tracks, workout zones, and table tennis courts.

As the construction progresses, the second phase of development is also in the works. This phase will further expand the sports infrastructure and add more facilities, although specific details about its size and amenities remain undisclosed.

Allur Campus consists of 71 family rooms, 60 student rooms, and 20 temporary guest accommodations, each equipped with individual kitchens, bathrooms, and relaxation zones. The complex is scheduled to be commissioned in August 2025.

Vice-Premier Ermek Kosherbaev emphasised the importance of projects like Allur Campus, stating that they serve as a powerful social impulse. He further noted that such initiatives are crucial for a competitive economy, as they attract qualified and motivated specialists.

In the context of the Year of Labor Professions, Allur Campus takes on special significance. Kosherbaev highlighted that projects like Allur Campus form a modern and attractive environment for young people choosing professional labor.

Aside from Allur Campus, the Kostanai region is also witnessing a significant change with the construction of a major international logistics hub. This hub could potentially enhance the city's transportation infrastructure, boost the local economy, and improve regional connectivity.

With large businesses like Allur starting to invest in the quality of life of their employees and future specialists, the future of Kostanai region looks promising, filled with opportunities for growth and development.
