Suspected arson destroys car in Berlin’s Kreuzberg parking lot
A car was set ablaze in a suspected arson attack on a Kreuzberg parking lot last October. Emergency services rushed to the scene after flames engulfed the vehicle at around 4:30 p.m. No one was injured in the incident, but nearby cars also suffered damage.
The fire broke out on Franz-Künstler-Straße, where a car was completely destroyed. Firefighters arrived quickly and extinguished the blaze. As they cleared the area, they found two more damaged vehicles—a van and a Ford—parked beside a BMW.
The car was reduced to ashes, while the Ford and two other vehicles required repairs. Authorities continue to examine the scene and gather evidence. The investigation remains ongoing.
