Sverdlovsk Oblast celebrates new life and strengthens military support
Communities across Sverdlovsk Oblast have been active in supporting both local and military initiatives. In Pelym, a family recently celebrated the birth of their third child, while Krasnoturinsk residents contributed to a major humanitarian effort for troops. Meanwhile, regional leaders met to plan upgrades for sports facilities in the area’s nuclear cities.
On 18 November, a Pelym family welcomed a newborn boy named Igor, their third child. Local head Mikhail Sokolyuk personally congratulated the parents and reminded residents of the criteria for receiving similar support.
The humanitarian shipment will directly assist troops with essential equipment and supplies. Pelym’s family support program continues to encourage population growth, while the sports infrastructure agreement sets clear timelines for upgrades. Krasnouralsk’s new safety town adds another layer to regional efforts in child protection and accident prevention.
