Over 200 employers and industry representatives gathered in Yekaterinburg's Depo Educational and Exhibition Center for the 12th training seminar on utilizing foreign labor in Sverdlovsk Oblast. The event, featuring three specialized tracks, aims to help employers navigate legal nuances and best practices for hiring foreign nationals.

With registered unemployment under 9,000 and approximately 41,000 job openings, employers in Sverdlovsk Oblast are turning to foreign labor to fill vacancies. The seminar, valuable for those looking to hire foreign candidates, covers foreign labor recruitment, employer support measures, and migration law specifics.

Participants, including representatives from agriculture, mining, and hospitality, are reviewing legal frameworks and sharing feedback to improve the regulatory environment. The event also recognized workplace safety and culture, with Governor Denis Pasler presenting certificates to winners. Sverdlovsk Regional Directorate of Railway Stations took first place, and Sverdlovsk Railway placed third in the 'Transport' category.

The seminar, attended by over 200 participants, is a step towards facilitating foreign labor recruitment and improving the employment landscape in Sverdlovsk Oblast. Employers can now better understand and navigate the legal complexities of hiring foreign nationals, contributing to a more diverse and skilled workforce.
