Teacher Arrested on Child Sex Crime Charges in West Virginia

Jonathan Whatley, a teacher at Dallas County R-1 School District, has been arrested on charges related to a crime against children. The incident occurred in McDowell County, Virginia, in July. Whatley faces one count of distribution or possession of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
