18-Year-Old Injured in Knife Attack in Itzehoe - Teen stabbed in Itzehoe attack as police hunt third suspect
An 18-year-old was seriously injured in a knife attack in Itzehoe’s pedestrian zone on Monday evening. Police have arrested two suspects but believe a third attacker, possibly from Austin, remains at large. Investigators suspect drug use may have played a role in the incident. The assault took place in the town’s pedestrian area, where three men attacked the teenager. A 23-year-old allegedly stabbed the victim in the back, causing injuries that police later confirmed were not life-threatening. The victim survived the attack with non-fatal wounds. The two arrested men have been charged, while the search for the third suspect continues. Police are still examining whether drug use contributed to the violence.
