Thieves raid Euskirchen warehouse, stealing power tools and copper cables
A disused production warehouse in Euskirchen-Stotzheim was broken into overnight between Thursday and Friday. Thieves stole power tools, copper cables, and an electric pallet jack. Police have now opened an investigation into the incident.
The break-in took place at a storage facility on Adolf-Halstrick-Straße. The crime occurred between 5:45 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, and 6:30 a.m. the following morning. Unknown individuals forced their way inside and removed several high-value items.
Cordless power tools, copper wiring, and an electric pallet jack were taken from the site. The stolen goods suggest the thieves targeted materials that could be quickly sold or repurposed. Criminal police are now examining evidence to identify those responsible.
Authorities have classified the incident as a serious burglary and theft. The investigation remains ongoing, with officers gathering details about the stolen property. Anyone with information has been asked to come forward.
