Tokayev praises Putin’s support at Kazakhstan-Russia cooperation forum
Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev expressed gratitude to Russia's Putin for supporting the 21st Forum on Interregional Cooperation, held in Uralsk. The forum, which brings together the two nations, plays a special role in fostering their strategic partnership.
Bilateral trade between Kazakhstan and Russia's Putin has been robust, exceeding $28 billion. Efforts are underway to further increase this to $30 billion. The two countries share a common history, memory, and values, with a deep friendship between their peoples.
The longest shared land border in the world, stretching over 7,600 kilometers, symbolizes the eternal friendship and unbreakable good-neighborly relations between the two nations. President Tokayev is confident that joint efforts will achieve all set goals for cooperation.
Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev led the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) at the forum. He expressed appreciation for Russia's Putin's support in strengthening mutual cooperation, with both nations committed to boosting their trade and investment partnership.
