Vienna, Austria - Renowned legal expert Georg Nowotny is set to join Cerha Hempel as Of Counsel, effective December 1, 2025. Nowotny, who holds an honorary professorship at the University of Vienna and previously served as Senate President at Austria's Supreme Court (OGH), brings a wealth of experience to the firm.
Nowotny's impressive career spans roles at the Vienna Commercial Court, the Vienna Higher Regional Court, and the Supreme Court of Justice. His expertise lies primarily in corporate law, making him an invaluable addition to Cerha Hempel's team.
