Toyota Alphard Impounded: Driver Charged for DUI in Major Traffic Crackdown

The driver was subsequently charged under Article 608, Part 1 for driving under the influence and Article 463, Part 1 for engaging in business activities without the required registration or permit. Penalties for such violations include revocation of driving privileges, administrative arrest, and fines. The driver's vehicle was also impounded.
