Transbaikal Territory Honours Professionals in Education, Health, Culture, and Media
The Transbaikal Territory has honoured several professionals for their outstanding contributions to various fields. The region has introduced new honorary titles for veterinary professionals and awarded educators, medical professionals, and cultural workers.
Tuyana Badeyeva, an instructor at Aginsky Pedagogical College, was recognised as an Honored Education Worker. Pediatrician Lyudmila Ulanova of Aksha Central District Hospital received the title of Honored Physician. Svetlana Mikhailova, deputy head of the library department at Chita Institute of Buryat State University, was named an Honored Worker of Higher Education.
In the cultural sector, Mikhail Yurkin, deputy director of the Officers’ House, was awarded the title of Honored Cultural Worker. Meanwhile, six educators were honoured with the title of Honored Teacher: Irina Budina, Oksana Kalinina, Oksana Kostromina, Oksana Samoilova, Marietta Manukyan, and Natalya Miromanova.
Viktoria Mikhaylyuk and Yelena Lonitskaya, both from the media industry, were named Honored Media Workers of Transbaikal Territory. In veterinary medicine, Vladimir Ivanovich Yakimov was appointed as the Honorary Worker of Veterinary Medicine by the regional legislative assembly.
These honours reflect the region's commitment to recognising and rewarding excellence in various fields. The recipients' dedication and hard work have significantly contributed to the development and progress of the Transbaikal Territory.
