TRANSFORM 2025 sets bold digital agenda for Germany’s future

This year’s TRANSFORM 2025 conference wrapped up with record participation, drawing over 5,000 attendees. The two-day event showcased more than 200 hours of talks, workshops, and an expo, covering the latest in digital innovation and policy.

The conference featured high-profile discussions on Germany’s digital future. Bitkom President Dr. Ralf Wintergerst urged a shift in policy focus, calling for greater emphasis on digital opportunities instead of risks. He proposed a €100 billion 'Digital Pact for Germany' to fund key technologies and modernise infrastructure.

TRANSFORM 2025 brought together industry leaders, policymakers, and startups to address Germany’s digital challenges. The event’s proposals, such as the €100 billion investment plan, will likely shape discussions ahead of the 2026 conference.
