Turkestan’s young leaders push for honesty in public service reform

A forum for young civil servants, titled Adal Azamat – Ädiletti Qoğam Kepili (Honest Citizen – Foundation of a Just Society), took place in Turkestan’s Congress Hall. The event brought together government employees, law enforcement officers, and emerging public sector professionals from across Turkestan Oblast.

Regional leaders, including Turkestan Oblast Akim Nuralkhan Kusharov and regional prosecutor Murat Tleuberdiev, addressed the forum. Both stressed the need for honesty and fairness in public service, calling these values essential for effective governance.

The forum concluded with a focus on practical measures to strengthen ethical standards in public service. Young civil servants left with clear proposals aimed at improving transparency and accountability in Turkestan Oblast’s administration.
