Two drivers hospitalized after Schöneberg intersection crash

A serious traffic collision took place in Schöneberg yesterday evening. Two drivers were injured after their vehicles crashed at the intersection of Martin-Luther-Straße and Hohenstaufenstraße. Both men were taken to hospital following the incident.

The crash involved a 44-year-old man driving along Martin-Luther-Straße and a 21-year-old motorist in the right-hand bus lane. The younger driver had been preparing to turn right at the junction when the collision occurred.

Emergency services rushed both individuals to medical facilities. The older man suffered multiple severe injuries, while the younger driver reported neck pain after the impact.

As of March 2026, no updates have been made public regarding changes to the intersection, such as traffic rule adjustments, construction work, or modifications to the bus lane system.

The incident left two people hospitalised with varying degrees of injury. Authorities have not released further details about the cause of the crash or any potential follow-up measures at the site. The intersection remains under standard traffic regulations for now.
