Two Foreigners Forcibly Deported for Ignoring Court Order
Two foreign nationals have been forcibly deported from the East Kazakhstan region (VKO) after defying a court order to leave the country. The operation, codenamed 'Illegal', has resulted in the detection of nearly 200 migration law violations in just three days.
The foreigners, whose identities remain undisclosed, were ordered to leave the country by a mid-September court ruling in Shymkent for breaching the state border. Despite the ruling, they ignored the deportation order and were eventually apprehended in the steppe while attempting to find work in the Russian Federation. Police in the East Kazakhstan region carried out the forced deportation.
The operation 'Illegal' continues in the region, with authorities strictly enforcing migration laws. The deportation of the two foreign nationals serves as a reminder of the consequences of disregarding such orders.
