Two men arrested after vandalizing Berlin pedestrian bridge with graffiti
Two young men were detained in Adlershof on suspicion of vandalising a pedestrian bridge with graffiti. The incident took place on Wagner-Régeny-Allee at around 7 p.m. Police quickly responded after a witness reported seeing the suspects in action.
A witness spotted the pair spray-painting the bridge and immediately contacted the authorities. Officers arrived shortly after and apprehended the suspects near the scene. During the arrest, they discovered multiple spray cans in the men’s backpacks and bags.
No further details about the ongoing investigation have been released. The specialist team will now examine the evidence collected at the scene. The pedestrian bridge remains marked by the graffiti until repairs can be arranged.
