Two young men hospitalized after violent Britz brawl turns brutal

A physical altercation left two men injured in Britz overnight. Residents alerted police to Buckower Damm at around 12:20 a.m. after spotting an injured person on the sidewalk. Officers from Precinct 48 arrived to find a 20-year-old man with stab wounds to his right thigh. On the opposite side of the street, near Britzer Damm, police discovered another 20-year-old with clear signs of impaired consciousness.
According to preliminary findings, a group of people became embroiled in an argument for reasons still under investigation, either inside or outside a venue on Britzer Damm. The dispute escalated into a physical confrontation, during which one of the two men later found by police was allegedly stabbed by an unknown assailant. The other young man is believed to have been struck in the head with a blunt object by multiple unidentified individuals.
Both men were taken to hospitals by emergency responders and received medical treatment. As part of the police operation, officers recorded the details of several people at the scene before allowing everyone present to leave. Investigations into the circumstances and the fugitive suspects are ongoing, led by a specialist unit from Police Directorate 4 (South).
