A tragic car crash in Bavaria on Sunday morning has claimed the lives of two young women. The collision, which occurred around 8:00 AM on State Road 2267 between Langenleiten and Wildflecken, involved a Mercedes driven by a 50-year-old man and a Mazda carrying the two victims, aged 19 and 16. The man suffered minor injuries and was hospitalized.
Investigations are underway to determine the cause of the accident. The 50-year-old driver lost control of his Mercedes, hit a guardrail, and collided head-on with the Mazda. Both young women died at the scene. Authorities have engaged a forensic expert to assist in clarifying the circumstances surrounding the crash.
The two young women, whose identities have not been disclosed, lost their lives in the tragic incident. The 50-year-old driver remains in hospital with minor injuries. Police continue to investigate the cause of the collision.
