UAE and Cyprus deepen strategic ties with clean energy and maritime cooperation

During their meeting, Lana Nusseibeh, Minister of State of the UAE, and Cyprus's Minister of Foreign Affairs discussed the Amalthea Cyprus Maritime Corridor. They praised its role as a vital humanitarian lifeline for Gaza and agreed to expand its operations under UN coordination. Additionally, they exchanged views on the situations in Sudan and Ukraine, supporting peace, protection of civilians, and respect for international law.
The ministers also agreed to deepen consultations on regional priorities, promoting dialogue, coexistence, and humanitarian diplomacy.
