Ukraine’s UN envoy shares diplomatic insights in a landmark Yale discussion
Andrii Melnyk, Ukraine’s permanent representative to the United Nations, addressed an audience at Yale University on Tuesday evening. His talk focused on international law and diplomacy, drawing students, faculty, and members of the Ukrainian community to the main event.
The main event took place at Ukraine House at Yale, an initiative established in 2022 following Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Organised jointly with the Alexander Hamilton Society, the discussion was moderated by Lauren Young '85, a Yale lecturer in political science.
