UNICEF Austria Gala Raises Funds for 'Cartoons for Peace' Project
UNICEF Austria's second Donors Circle Charity Gala, held at the French Embassy in Vienna, has raised funds for the 'Cartoons for Peace' project. The initiative, led by Claude, aims to provide children in crisis regions with essential life skills and hope through the animated series 'Judge Jodhi'.
The gala dinner, hosted by the French Embassy, saw the launch of a Charity Online Auction on the Dorotheum platform. This auction, running until 23 October 2025, features a variety of items including art, luxury goods, trips, and exclusive encounters with UNICEF honorary ambassadors. Proceeds from the auction will go towards supporting the 'Cartoons for Peace' project.
The project uses the animated series 'Judge Jodhi' to teach children in crisis regions important life skills. These include empathy, equality, and nonviolent conflict resolution. By providing these skills, the project aims to give children hope and resilience in challenging circumstances.
