The visit began at a regional military enlistment office assembly point in Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Servicemembers received a range of supplies, including construction materials, technical equipment, food, and children's drawings and messages. The delegation was welcomed by Vladimir Saldo, the head of United Russia's regional branch in Kherson Oblast and Governor.

In Kherson Oblast, the delegation met with regional deputies Alexander Karpenko, Boris Yunakov, Nikolai Lobachev, and Sergei Orlenko. Together, they assembled humanitarian aid, which included bottled drinking water, food supplies, gifts, and essential items for servicemembers. The aid was distributed to over 300 students at the Henichesk Vocational College of Service Industries, many from frontline districts.
