Unmanned Car Wash in Nizhny Novgorod Shut Down Over Noise Violations
An unmanned car wash in Nizhny Novgorod has been temporarily shut down due to breaches in sanitary regulations. The entrepreneur behind the violations, situated on Norylskaya Street, has been held accountable.
The car wash, located at Norylskaya Street, house No. 6 'A', was found to be operating beyond permissible noise levels during nighttime hours. This disturbance was detected in an apartment at house No. 8 on the same street. The entrepreneur responsible for the car wash had not developed a project for the sanitary-protection zone, which is a requirement for such establishments.
An administrative offense case has been opened, and the entrepreneur has been held accountable for these violations. Consequently, the self-service car wash has been suspended for 30 days to address these issues.
The car wash on Norylskaya Street has been closed for a month to rectify sanitary violations. The entrepreneur has been held responsible and will need to address the noise pollution and lack of a sanitary-protection zone project.
