Uralsk honors 30 years of unity at Kazakhstan’s cultural milestone
Uralsk celebrated the 30th anniversary of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan with a grand closing ceremony at the Atameken Palace of Arts. The event, led by regional akim Nariman Turegaliyev, brought together residents and guests for a night of cultural performances and official speeches.
The concert hall filled with attendees as ensembles from the Assembly took the stage. Turegaliyev opened the proceedings, highlighting the organisation’s role in fostering unity and dialogue among ethnic groups. He noted that President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has consistently stressed the importance of social cohesion as the nation’s core strength.
The anniversary celebrations showcased both cultural pride and ongoing development efforts. With new schools, housing, and social facilities in place, the region continues to invest in community welfare. The Assembly’s work remains central to maintaining harmony and progress across Kazakhstan.
