Uzbekistan Opens First Trade Office in Berlin to Boost Economic Ties
Uzbekistan has launched its first official trade office in Germany, marking a key step in its economic expansion. The UZ Trade House Germany GmbH (UZTH) opened in Berlin’s historic Hotel Adlon, near the Brandenburg Gate. Its mission is to strengthen trade ties between Uzbek and German businesses.
The trade hub serves as a permanent point of contact for German and European companies looking to trade with Uzbekistan. It also provides advisory services to help Uzbek and German firms enter each other’s markets. A dedicated showroom displays a selection of Uzbek export goods, allowing potential partners to inspect products firsthand.
The establishment of UZTH in Berlin provides a direct channel for German and Uzbek businesses to collaborate. It offers practical support for market entry, investment, and technology exchange. The initiative reflects Uzbekistan’s push to strengthen its international trade presence.
