Velbert Residents Invited to Shape New Residential Quarter
Velbert residents are invited to participate in the planning of a new residential quarter on the southeastern edge of the upper town. The area, already designated for housing, could see around 50 to 60 new homes. The plans will be on display at the Velbert Hall of the town hall from 3 PM on October 10th.
The proposed development includes a mix of single-family, semi-detached, row houses, and multi-family houses with up to three floors. A new access road is planned to connect the building site to the Schmalenhofer Street. Citizens are encouraged to contribute ideas and suggestions for building plan No. 745.03 on October 10th, where city administration staff will present the plan documents and answer questions from 4 PM onwards.
Feedback can be submitted via the participation portal, email, or post until October 25th. Interested parties can also view the documents online during this period at www.stadtplanung-unser-website.de
