Veteran Mikhail Lebedev Finds Love and Support Through Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation
Mikhail Lebedev, a veteran of the special military operation and recipient of the For Courage medal, has found love and support through the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation. Mikhail, who volunteered for the front lines in 2022 and was wounded, returned home to meet Anna Ambroziak, a dedicated coordinator for the foundation in Sysola District. The two have recently married, with the foundation congratulating them and wishing them a happy future together.
Mikhail, a former officer of the Northern Fleet and graduate of the police academy and Ministry of Internal Affairs University, served nine years in law enforcement before his military service. Anna, committed to social work, supports veterans and families of fallen defenders through the foundation. Their shared values and dedication brought them together during a patriotic Lesson in Courage event, where Mikhail served as a mentor and Anna cared for the heroes. Despite their different backgrounds, their connection deepened, leading to a beautiful union.
The Komi branch of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation, which supports and cares for people, played a significant role in bringing Mikhail and Anna together. Their recent marriage is a testament to the foundation's mission, not only supporting veterans but also fostering connections that enrich lives. The foundation wishes the couple a happy and fulfilling life together.
