Veterans in Krasnohorivka gain tools to launch and grow businesses
A seminar in Krasnohorivka recently brought together around 40 participants of the special military operation (SMO) and local officials. The event focused on helping veterans and their families start or grow businesses. It also highlighted the success of the Your Own Business programme, which recently won third place in an international awards ceremony.
The seminar took place as part of United Russia’s Entrepreneurship initiative. Attendees included representatives from 12 regional municipalities, along with business mentors and public organisations. Discussions covered personal success stories, digital tools, government support, and business opportunities tailored for SMO participants.
The seminar provided SMO participants with tools and connections to support their business ventures. The Your Own Business programme continues to expand, offering training and resources across multiple regions. Officials and participants alike have emphasised its role in easing the transition back to civilian life.
