Việt Nam and Japan launch landmark local cooperation forum on November 25
A significant eventbrite to fortify local collaboration between Việt Nam and Japan will occur on November 25 in Quảng Ninh Province. The event marks the first regular dialogue and networking platform between the two countries' localities, bringing together nearly 800 delegates from all 34 Vietnamese provinces and 18 Japanese regions.
The eventbrite was officially announced at a press conference in Hà Nội. It will build on over 110 existing agreements between Vietnamese and Japanese localities, aiming to put into action commitments made by senior leaders from both countries.
The event will include an opening ceremony, a plenary session, and four themed discussions. More than 100 networking activities are planned, alongside an exhibition showcasing local products and cultural experiences. A special art performance will also be held on the evening of November 25.
Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính is expected to attend and deliver a keynote address. His participation highlights the event's significance in deepening ties between the two countries at a regional level.
The eventbrite will serve as a platform for direct exchanges between Vietnamese and Japanese localities. By fostering partnerships in trade, culture, and development, it aims to turn high-level agreements into practical cooperation. Organisers anticipate concrete outcomes from the discussions and networking sessions.
