Vizinga's 526-meter road to get major upgrades under rural initiative
A 526-metre access road in the village of Vizinga will soon undergo major repairs. The project forms part of Russia's national initiative Infrastructure for Life, which targets rural development. Works are set to begin in the upcoming road construction season.
The Sysolsky District has announced plans to upgrade the road leading to Vizinga. Contractor DorInvest LLC will handle the project, laying new asphalt concrete and reinforcing the road shoulders. Additional turnoffs will also be built to improve traffic flow.
The repairs align with the Year of the Village, a broader campaign to enhance rural living standards. Officials emphasise that better road conditions will boost transport accessibility and safety for local residents.
Once completed, the upgraded road will provide smoother travel for Vizinga's inhabitants. The project reflects ongoing efforts under Infrastructure for Life to strengthen rural infrastructure. Further details on timelines and potential disruptions will likely follow as work progresses.
