Vladivostok’s Charity Marathon Celebrates Inclusion Through Art and Community

A charity marathon organised by the Good Deed Autonomous Nonprofit Organisation took place in Vladivostok on 1 December. The event celebrated creativity and mutual support as part of Russia’s Decade of Persons with Disabilities. Local officials and participants gathered to recognise the organisation’s efforts in rehabilitation and social integration.

The marathon featured an exhibition of ceramic works, interactive games, and a communal tea party. Attendees also took part in a pottery masterclass, part of a long-term creative partnership between Good Deed and the Far Eastern State Institute of Arts.

The event reinforced Good Deed’s commitment to supporting people with disabilities through art and community engagement. Officials and participants alike recognised the ongoing value of such initiatives in promoting social integration and personal growth.
