Vladivostok’s Fifth Humanitarian Convoy Delivers 20 Tons of Aid to Troops
Vladivostok has launched its fifth humanitarian mission, organized by the local branch of United Russia. The mission, part of the party's People’s Program and Historical Memory project, saw wide support from various sectors, including government, public organizations, sports federations, businesses, and residents. It collected over 20 tons of critical supplies.
The mission, led by United Russia, was backed by numerous entities. Roman Tumashov, head of SMP-412 at JSC Russian Railway Construction, stressed that supporting the troops is a shared cause within their corporate culture. Primary party organizations, businesses, and educational institutions, such as Chuguyevsky College, also joined the effort. Artem Volodin, a Vladivostok City Duma deputy, noted that these missions are held quarterly with regional support.
The convoy, which included two additional vehicles compared to previous missions, was equipped with portable generators and heat guns provided by the Primorsky Krai Boxing Federation. Donations comprised technical equipment, tools, household items, and food, totaling 20 tons of supplies. These will be sent to units of the regional Tigr Battalion and residents of border areas, with party members personally escorting the convoy.
The fifth humanitarian mission in Vladivostok, organized by United Russia, has successfully collected over 20 tons of critical supplies.
