Vladivostok’s Women in Business Forum Unites 900 Entrepreneurs for Growth

Vladivostok hosted the 'Women in Business: Leadership Without Extremes' conference on 15 December 2025. The event brought together over 900 women entrepreneurs, marking a key moment for business growth in Primorsky Krai. Anastasia Osipova took charge of organizing the high-profile forum, backed by Sberbank as its general partner.

The forum was arranged by the 'My Business' Centre, with Olga Potarusova—Deputy Director and head of the 'Women in Business' project—leading the preparations. Governor Oleg Kozhemyako opened the event, stressing the vital contribution of women entrepreneurs to the region’s economy. His remarks set the tone for discussions on leadership and innovation.

The conference solidified its role as the region’s main platform for women in business. Participants left with new connections and strategies for growth. Organizers and partners, including Sberbank, reaffirmed their commitment to fostering women’s entrepreneurship in the Far East.
