Volt’s bold debut in Zirndorf’s 2026 municipal council race

Volt, a pan-European political party, is making its first run in Zirndorf’s municipal council elections. The group has put forward an 11-candidate team for the March 8, 2026, vote. To secure a spot on the ballot, they must gather at least 190 supporter signatures by January 19, 2026.

The party’s top candidate is Eike Krause, an architect who has pushed for better public spaces in local debates. Alongside him, the roster includes Liam Flohry, Christoph Müller, Marion Wittmann, Emil Neupert, Katharina Eibl-Eibesfeldt, Timo Häusinger, Christina Flohry, Daniel Paul Schmidt, Marcus Baritsch, and Tim Neupert.

If successful, Volt will appear on the ballot for the first time in Zirndorf’s local election results 2026. The party’s proposals centre on transparency, digital improvements, and maintaining community spaces. The signature deadline remains January 19, 2026.
