Voting for the audience award is open until October 31st. The St. Joseph and St. Gereon Shooting Society offers its young members an internship in the board to promote succession in the association's work. The Internat program has been nominated for the Employee Engagement Award 2025, with the public prize to be awarded on November 15, 2025.

The Internat program, run by the St.-Joseph and St.-Gereon shooting associations, has gained recognition for its efforts in promoting youth involvement. After being named 'April's Employee Engagement of the Month', the program has now been nominated for the prestigious Employee Engagement Award 2025. The awarding ceremony for the public prize will take place on November 15, 2025.
