Wanted: Suspect Linked to Several Criminal Groups Involved in Fraudulent Military Operation Payments in Nizhny Novgorod Region

Authorities in Nizhny Novgorod are investigating a series of serious crimes linked to organised criminal activity. Eight residents face charges of large-scale fraud, while a separate case involves a man accused of murdering two people for financial gain.

The First Major Crimes Division of the Investigative Directorate in Nizhny Novgorod is handling the fraud cases. The eight suspects are alleged to have carried out fraud on an especially large scale.

A second investigation focuses on a man suspected of killing two or more individuals for money. The method used is described as dangerous to the public. One individual, Sergei Vladimirovich Shipulin, born on March 20, 1974, from Balakhna, is wanted in connection with organised criminal groups. His alleged role remains under investigation.
