A second investigation focuses on a man suspected of killing two or more individuals for money. The method used is described as dangerous to the public. One individual, Sergei Vladimirovich Shipulin, born on March 20, 1974, from Balakhna, is wanted in connection with organised criminal groups. His alleged role remains under investigation.
