War Hero Bogdan Atlasyuk Joins ‘Our Heroes 49’ to Inspire Change
Bogdan Atlasyuk, a Kolyma resident and war hero, has been selected for the 'Our Heroes 49' program. He chose Magadan Regional Duma Deputy Vladimir Milotvorsky as his mentor and has been actively involved in public work, serving as a lecturer for the All-Russian Znanie Society.
During his military service, Atlasyuk, known as 'Shooter', evacuated over a hundred wounded fighters and destroyed several enemy vehicles. For his bravery, he was awarded the Medal for Courage, 2nd Class. The 'Our Heroes 49' program, modeled after the federal 'Time of Heroes' initiative, aims to prepare highly skilled professionals from among participants in the special military operation over a one-year training period. Atlasyuk shared his unique experiences in the documentary 'Mirror of War', acting as both a consultant and performer. He also met with Deputy Defense Minister Anna Tsivilyova at the national Abilympics championship.
Bogdan Atlasyuk's selection for the 'Our Heroes 49' program recognizes his exceptional service and potential. The program aims to help him and other participants adapt to civilian life and develop their skills, contributing to society in new ways.
