Waupaca Foundry Boosts Sales & Service with New Roles & Segments

Waupaca Foundry has implemented significant organizational changes to enhance its sales operations and customer service. The company has created a news Sales Operations Director position, appointed new segment leaders, and divided its segments to better focus on specific markets.

The company has appointed Denise Korbol as the news Sales Operations Director. Korbol brings extensive experience in CRM implementations and margin expansion initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and customer service delivery.

Scott Seckel, with 17 years at Waupaca Foundry, has been promoted to lead the Off-Highway Segment. Meanwhile, Danielle Smith, who has over 19 years of experience in developing new customers and markets, will head the newly formed Consumer, Industrial & Government Segment.

At the end of October 2025, Alex Johnson took over the leadership of the Consumer, Industrial & Government department. These changes reflect the company's commitment to innovation, customer focus, and operational excellence. Waupaca Foundry has divided its previous Off-Highway, Industrial, Municipal, & Other segment into two focused segments to better serve customers and capitalize on growth opportunities.
