Weld County taps Level5 Collaborative to lead judicial center expansion
Weld County has selected Level5 Collaborative to oversee the expansion of its judicial center. The firm was chosen after a national search that reviewed 10 proposals and shortlisted three finalists. Its role will include managing quality, budget, and an accelerated construction schedule.
The county launched a nationwide search to find an owner’s representative for the justice center project. Out of 10 submissions, three firms reached the final stage before Level5 Collaborative secured the contract. The company will now supervise the expansion, ensuring strict quality control and financial oversight.
With Level5 Collaborative in place, the justice center’s expansion is set to proceed under tight cost and schedule controls. The cash-funded approach removes debt concerns while supporting the region’s long-term judicial and public safety goals. The firm’s guaranteed pricing and oversight will help deliver the project as planned.
