Wertach's New Event Space, Engel's Festival Hall, Opens to Packed House
Wertach's new event space, Engel’s Festival Hall, opened to a packed house of around 200 guests. The grand opening saw representatives from local clubs, associations, and the municipal government in attendance. Lubi Riedmiller, a native of Wertach, will oversee the entire project.
The new venue, set to open in summer 2026, will have a hotel and restaurant attached. While the investor for this part of the project is yet to be officially named, Gerhard Breher, under the company Brefa, is the main investor for the festival hall itself. Riedmiller, who hails from Wertach, will manage the entire project, ensuring a smooth operation from start to finish.
Engel’s Festival Hall promises to be a significant addition to Wertach's cultural scene. With a hotel and restaurant set to open alongside it, the new venue is expected to boost local tourism and provide a vibrant space for events and gatherings.
