Westgate Parking Garage on Track for Early 2026 Completion
The construction of the Westgate garage is proceeding smoothly, on track to be completed in early 2026. The garage, located in the Feelds business park near Berlin Brandenburg Airport, is set to provide 668 parking spaces, including 14 equipped with charging points for electric vehicles. It aims to serve travelers, employees, and guests in the vicinity.
A groundbreaking ceremony marked the start of the project, which takes into account ecological aspects such as amphibian protection and sustainable drainage systems. The garage is designed to connect a central location with sustainable construction and modern equipment. A planned shuttle service will connect the garage with the airport terminal and the nearby Northgate.
The chosen system construction is characterized by a high degree of energy efficiency, ensuring resource-saving operation. The company responsible for the construction and operation of the Westgate underground garage is Minerva Immobilien GmbH as the developer and Goldbeck Parking Services GmbH as the future operator, with AIF Management GmbH managing the asset.
The Westgate garage is scheduled to go into operation in the first quarter of 2026, providing a convenient and eco-friendly parking solution for the business park and airport vicinity. Its completion will contribute to the sustainable development of the area.
