Wiesbaden's Dichterviertel District to See Traffic Changes from Oct 27
Wiesbaden is introducing changes to reduce traffic in the Dichterviertel district. From 27 October to 14 November, motorists will need to use alternative routes as Klopstockstraße's traffic flow is modified.
The city aims to decrease through traffic in the area. Motorists will no longer be able to drive directly along Klopstockstraße from the 1st Ring to the 2nd Ring. Instead, they must use alternative routes, which will still grant access to all properties by car.
Pedestrians and cyclists will continue to use the route as usual. The modification will affect traffic near Kastanienplatz. During this period, Hebbelstraße and Raabestraße will be accessible via Klopstockstraße and Wolfram-von-Eschenbach-Straße.
Wiesbaden's traffic restriction in the Dichterviertel district begins on 27 October and lasts until approximately 14 November. Motorists should plan alternative routes while pedestrians and cyclists remain unaffected.
