Wiesenthal Pool Seeks New Tenant for Snack Bar and Beer Garden
Wiesenthal Outdoor Pool is seeking a new tenant to manage its snack bar and beer garden. The current lease expires on March 22, 2026, and the municipality is now accepting applications. Interested hospitality professionals have until April 15, 2026, to submit their bids.
The lease includes a fully equipped space, featuring a kitchen, dining area, terrace, storage, and restroom facilities. All existing inventory and equipment will remain with the agreement. The bistro also offers a separate entrance, allowing it to operate beyond the pool's opening hours.
Subletting the premises is not permitted under the terms. Prospective tenants can schedule viewings at short notice by contacting the municipality. Inquiries and applications should be directed to the Property Management Department of the Municipality of Dermbach, which handles the process on Wiesenthal's behalf. The department can be reached at 036964 / 88-28. The municipality encourages passionate hospitality professionals to apply. While the current tenant's identity remains undisclosed, the search for a new leaseholder is now underway.
The deadline for applications is set for April 15, 2026. Successful candidates will take over a well-equipped venue with flexibility in operating hours. The municipality aims to secure a tenant who can maintain the snack bar and beer garden as a local amenity.
