Women Who Scale Summit Unveils Powerhouse Speaker Lineup for April Event

The Women Who Scale initiative has revealed its speaker lineup for the upcoming Scale Expo and Summit. The two-day event, set for 22 and 23 April, will gather influential female founders, investors, and industry leaders at London's Business Design Centre. Organisers aim to support women building and scaling high-growth businesses through discussions and networking.

The summit will feature a mix of established and emerging founders, alongside angel investors, venture capitalists, and ecosystem leaders. Keynote speaker Sam Smith, co-founder of The Superscalers, will address critical challenges in scaling, including talent acquisition and founder wellbeing.

Fireside chats will highlight founders such as Jordan Brompton of Myenergi, Frankie James of Ideas Community, Louise Hill of Go Henry, and Ayesha Ofori of Propelle. Additional speakers include the founders of Maiden Cricket, Honor, and Cat Black.

Panels will explore topics like creating better conditions for women to scale and invest, the role of personal branding, and strategies for building a business without burnout. On 22 April, Elizabeth Sergeant of Well Nourished and FLAIR will join a discussion focused on preventing burnout.

The event is held in partnership with City AM. Amy Knight, co-founder of Women Who Scale, has emphasised the need to tackle funding challenges faced by women founders and improve participation and investment outcomes.

The summit will take place at the Business Design Centre in London, offering a platform for women in business to share insights and strategies. Attendees can expect discussions on scaling challenges, investment barriers, and founder wellbeing. The event aims to foster connections and practical solutions for women entrepreneurs.
