A 50-year-old man perished in a construction mishap early Saturday morning in Fischbachau, Miesbach district. The incident occurred when pallets of blocks tumbled from a crane, striking him as he labored on a private building project.
The mishap took place during private construction work. The crane’s forks released the load, causing the blocks to plummet several meters onto the victim. He passed away shortly after the incident.
