Wynwood Dog Food Co. Expands with High-Tech Miami Facility by 2027
Wynwood Dog Food Co. is set to open a new 13,000-square-foot production facility in Miami’s Allapattah neighbourhood by early 2027. The expansion follows strong revenue growth and increasing demand for fresher, less processed pet food. The company currently operates from a smaller 3,000-square-foot site in Wynwood.
The new facility will significantly increase production capacity, allowing Wynwood to manufacture up to US$30 million worth of fresh dog food annually. It will support the company’s FRESH RX prescription diets and its Complete & Balanced meal lines. Every product is made in-house, with recipes developed using science-based nutrition.
The expansion will enable Wynwood to meet rising demand while maintaining its focus on fresh, science-backed pet nutrition. The new facility is expected to create jobs and strengthen the company’s position in the premium dog food market. Production at the Allapattah site is scheduled to begin in early 2027.
