Yakutsk Courtyard Repairs Incomplete, Residents Await Completion
Residents of house No.12 on Chernyshevsky Street in Yakutsk await the completion of courtyard repairs, which were due by September 30. The courtyard's renovation has been closely monitored, including a visit by Mayor Evgeny Grigoryev in July.
The courtyard's future has sparked interest due to the nearby construction of the Cosmos hotel. Despite the mayor's visit, construction work has slowed, leaving essential amenities uninstalled. Residents hoped to preserve a traditional sarga in the courtyard, but it remains unplaced.
The courtyard currently lacks a children's playground, benches, bike racks, a drainage system, road markings, and speed humps. These amenities were expected to be included in the renovation plan.
