Yakutsk Mayor Orders 'Pouring Points' to Serve Hot Meals, Improve Facilities
Residents of Yakutsk have been voicing concerns about the lack of basic amenities in 'pouring points', leading Mayor Evgeny Grigoryev to intervene. These establishments, often selling alcohol for takeaway, are set to undergo improvements.
Grigoryev acknowledged the complaints and agreed that 'pouring points' should provide better conditions for customers. Currently, many do not have essential facilities like kitchens, dishwashing machines, or even toilets. The mayor emphasized that these points should become proper catering establishments, not just alcohol outlets.
In response, Grigoryev plans to introduce kitchens at these points to offer hot meals, especially beneficial in Yakutsk's harsh weather conditions. This follows his previous demand for these establishments to have a toilet. The city administration has been gradually implementing rules for 'pouring points', including distance from educational institutions and service area size. Large networks like 'Pivorub' and 'U Bati' will be affected by these changes.
Yakutsk's 'pouring points' are set to improve their facilities, with Mayor Grigoryev requiring the introduction of kitchens. This move aims to enhance food accessibility and customer comfort, addressing residents' long-standing concerns.
