Yakutsk officials guide residents through Lena Bridge land acquisitions

A working group recently visited Staraia Tabaga village in Yakutsk’s urban district to help residents with property documentation tied to the Lena Bridge project. The session aimed to clarify legal steps and compensation details for those affected by land acquisitions. Officials from multiple agencies took part in the consultations to address concerns directly.

The delegation included representatives from the Lena Bridge Construction Directorate, Yakutsk’s District Housing Relations Department, and the local village administration. Their visit focused on assisting apartment owners in multi-unit buildings, with 15 out of 22 eligible residents attending the session at the Iskra Community Center.

The consultation session provided residents with clear instructions on legal procedures and compensation claims. With all buyout agreements finalised, affected property owners now have direct channels to resolve any remaining issues. The project continues to move forward with ongoing support for those impacted.
