Yakutsk Welcomes New Justice of the Peace with Lifetime Appointment

The State Assembly (Il Tumen) of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) has appointed Lyubomira Eduardovna Gorokhova as Justice of the Peace for Judicial District No. 44 in Yakutsk. The decision aligns with specific constitutional clauses and laws. The resolution, adopted on June 25, 2019, does not impose a term limit on Gorokhova's appointment. It will be published in the republican newspapers Yakutia, Sakha Sire, and Il Tumen, entering into force upon its adoption. Gorokhova will oversee Judicial District No. 44 in Yakutsk, handling cases within her jurisdiction. The appointment of Lyubomira Eduardovna Gorokhova as Justice of the Peace for Judicial District No. 44 in Yakutsk is now official. Her tenure is indefinite, as per the adopted resolution.
